The Association of American Cancer Institutes (AACI) represents over 100 academic cancer centers throughout North America, including the 73 NCI-Designated Cancer Centers in the United States. AACI cancer center membership is open to both freestanding and academic cancer centers in the U.S. 

In addition to its cancer center members, AACI collaborates with the pharmaceutical and technology industries and with like-minded nonprofit organizations to accelerate progress against cancer.
